This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game application Wall Strategy (hereinafter referred to as the "Game" or "Application"), developed and published by Megastore LTD.
We value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. Wall Strategy is designed as a 100% offline, privacy-first board game. This document explains what information is used, how it is handled, and your privacy rights.
1. Information Collection and Storage
- No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide any personal details (such as name, email address, phone number, or age) to play the Game.
- Local Game Data: All match statistics, scores, unlocked challenge levels, 12 achievements, active game saves, and theme settings are stored strictly locally on your physical device using Android Shared Preferences.
- No Tracking / Analytics: The Application does not track your location, browsing habits, online identity, or usage across other applications.
2. Device Permissions and Usage
Wall Strategy requests only non-sensitive permissions necessary for core gameplay functionality:
- Vibrate / Haptics (
android.permission.VIBRATE): Used solely to provide tactile vibration feedback during moves and wall placement. You can disable this anytime in the in-game Settings. - Audio Output: Used solely to play local sound effects and background music.
- No Sensitive Permissions: The Game does NOT request access to your Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, Contacts, Photos, or External Storage files.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The game functions 100% offline. It contains no third-party tracking SDKs, analytics profiling tools, or behavioral advertisement networks.
The app is distributed via Google Play, which uses standard Google Play Core services to manage secure downloads, licensing, and updates in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Family Policy)
Wall Strategy is suitable for players of all ages, including children. Because the Application does not collect, store, or share any personal information from any user, it is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.
5. Data Retention, Security, and User Rights
- User Control: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data.
- Data Deletion / Reset: You can permanently wipe all local progress anytime by using the in-game Settings → Reset Game Data option or via Android Settings → Apps → Wall Strategy → Storage → Clear Data.
